We take the protection of your personal information seriously. Here's how your data is collected, used, and kept secure.
We collect the information you provide in your application — your name, contact details, physical measurements, photos or portfolio links, and background information. We also receive basic sign-in confirmation from Apple or Google, but we never see or store your Apple ID or Google password.
Your information is used solely to evaluate your application, contact you about representation, and match you with relevant casting opportunities. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and stored on access-controlled servers. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and only authorized members of our talent team can view your application.
Applications are retained for up to 24 months to consider you for future opportunities. After that, your data is securely deleted unless you have become an active represented talent or you ask us to remove it sooner.
By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described above. You may withdraw consent at any time, which may end your candidacy for representation.
Password resets cannot be completed through this portal.
To reset your password, open the Snapchat app, go to Settings → My Account → Password, and follow the instructions there.
If you are not receiving a verification code, your login details may be incorrect or your session may have expired.
